Camp was something I was anticipating to be a highlight of my year. I had tirelessly recruited campers, sponsors, and counselors. This was going to be the culmination of all that effort, and I was supposed to be left with a feeling of satisfaction that the experience had perhaps bettered the lives of the 23 campers and 3 counselors in some way. Instead, I dealt with whining, manipulation, deception, and drama, and I am glad that it's over.
